- Arrive before the evaluation window opens and confirm the event is active in QuickSide.
- Check each player in and assign a unique penny jersey number for the session.
- Confirm every registered player has a number before evaluators start scoring.
- Hand off to evaluators — they see jersey numbers only, not names.
